Systems are not fun.  They aren’t sexy.  They are really kind of boring.  BUT.  They sure do make life easier!  The next time you catch yourself doing a task that is kind of boring and mundane, make it more interesting by observing each teeny tiny step you take to complete that task.  Write down each teeny tiny step.  Look at each teeny tiny step and ask – “is there information only I know that makes this step possible?”  If there is, write it down beside that step.  Oh my!  Is it possible?  Yes, it is!  You’ve just created a system!  And now you can outsource it.  How easy was that?
